I was let down by the UNT Bonfire event Friday night.  I expected it, but still…  It was decently attended, and there was some good entertainment accompanied by some much more awful entertainment.  It was good to see some school spirit though.  Not many people get to have a freakishly huge bonfire to celebrate with.  That thing really capped the entire thing (UNT BONFIRE, duh).

This is a video clip of a pep rally that happened last week in the student union. It started the beginning of the interesting homecoming week that we would soon have. I think that in this video clip the author or person that did the recording, was trying to convey to its audience a since of school spirit and pride. Everyone was in our school colors performing and playing our school song, while others attended to support the performers. They did this by picking a place convenient to everyone. A lot of students attended this event, I think it was the perfect place and act to start homecoming.
